4 stars This album is almost as exclusive as Music for Supermarkets! Having failed to obtain it on CD, I resorted to buying it from iTunes (it's not even included on the JMJ website discography!). Well, realised that this album was never intended as a full JMJ album project for mass release, and composed for the VIP room (some French club or something?!)... I thought I'd not expect too much. I was most surprised to find a very accessible chill-out style album, very smooth, atmospheric, plenty of piano thrown in across the album.. almost jazzy. I think it's a great album to play in the background, yes very 'coffee table' music, but dont underestimate how good this album is. Not a Jarre classic, and mostly not very Jarre... but still well worth a listen. It's almost a concept album, it all fits together nicely, no great surprises anywhere but it's very satisfying in its delivery. For Jarre fans... you must buy... you are missing out on a something if you dont give it a go! For everyone else, if you enjoy chill-out electronica - you cant go wrong with this.
