4 stars Pink Floyd second release. Done after Syd left the band. They were thought to loose their creativity. But they defenced themselves very well. Album is not to cohesive because it contains material done with Syd (Jugband blues) and with Dave. It make a connection between early psychodelic Floyd and late mature style. There are some short and spatial songs and one longer, experimental, instrumental composition - A Saucerful Of Secrets. Very good album. Excellent addition to any Prog collection.
