CRIME OF THE CENTURY

When at the end of the Seventies Supertramp hit "Big Time", it suddenly wasn't that hip anymore to register Supertramp as "underground" or progressive of any kind. But please don't throw away an old unfashionable warm coat... Crime Of The Century is brilliantly produced, perfectly balanced between Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson. I love it when albums lean to the "poppy" but are still innovating and adventurous. Is that a crime? So many bands where pressed to go poppy and went overstag... This one should be worth a listen! One of the best records of the 21st century
