OCTAVARIUM

From start to finish and then start again, this album has every genre of "prog" rock imaginable. With the continuing saga of the AA's 12 step program, to the harsh reality of 9/11, to the final homage to the works of some of the greats, Octavarium is without doubt, one of DT's finest moments. The hard sounds of Panic Attack & The Root Of All Evil shows why DT is one of, if not the most musically talented bands rock has ever seen. John Myung steps in front and delivers more than he ever has....and no one can touch James Labrie's vocals, like a fine wine that gets better and better with age. As I've seen after every DT album, there are certain areas that they outdo themselves, and I can't wait to how they top this one!
