4 stars supersister were said to be a dutch example of the budding canterbury style of progressive yet they actually predate many of the canterbury acts and bear more than a passing resemblance to contemporaries Egg with more overt humor but every bit as much musical sophistication. punctuated with accelerated tempos and unusual time signatures, their first album has some absolutely fantastic complex keyboards that at time bordrer on dissonance which range back to some simple and understated melodies with beautiful intricate key/flute improvisation. My cd version is twofer which combines their second album 'To The Highest Bidder' which is also excellent and makes this package irresistable.
