5 stars The First True Progressive Album.

21st Century Schizoid Man: The amazing jazzy opener that just hits you in the face with something fresh and new no matter what time period you first listen to it in. The saxophone and guitar simultaneous lines are great, the bass work is underrated, drumming fantastic and vocals and lyric short and sweet. Always remains one of the best Prog Rock pieces ever made

I Talk to the Wind: Nice soft folky song with soft drumming, acoustic guitar(rare for Robert Fripp) and an amazing flute solo from MacDonald. Great song

Epitaph: Taking the softness of Wind and the epic big nature of Schizoid Man and throwing them in a blender. It all seems like it's really building up to something huge and has a great payoff.

Moonchild: The improvised bit that most people forget. I don't necessarily like it but, was a interesting piece of music that kinda symbolized the entire album as something different.

The Court of the Crimson King: What a f**king song. This takes all the greatness from the last tracks and really throws them together in a great 9 minute journey. If I only had one King Crimson song this would be it. Fantastic.

Overall, yes it might get a little too over talked about when there are other fantastic KC albums but this is still worth a listen. Great 5 Stars. Highlights: 21st Century Schizoid Man, Epitaph, and The Court of the Crimson King
