1 stars This IQ album is really great. There are lots of concept albums out there, but this is the best. Even IQ's idols "Dumpys Rusty nuts" have never come up with anything as good as this.............although that may be because theyare a retro punk metal band. The whole thing starts off with an overture of songs that are to come, then goes into the lonely "Provider" with Pete Nicholls sounding like a prog David Essex. the rest of disc one twists and turns in many ways, taking in influences from Genesis, The Beatles and The New Seekers. The second disc is great too. i especially love "The Marrow Nargin" which is a lot like "More Fool Me" by "Genesis" with touches of "yes" "Pink Floyd" and i think i can detect some "Chicory Tip" as well. all in all, if you like sprawling concept albums, you will like this magnificent IQ CD. If however you don't then i would give it a miss and buy "The Lamb lie down On Broadway" by "Genesis" instead. Lovers of prog rock will have an ecstasy at IQ

Cheers Chit
