OPEN YOUR EYES

Underrated and unfairly attacked album. OYE is an excellent album with excellent compositions and performances, I love listening to it from beginning to end without skipping a single song, it is one of the albums that I listen to the most. The vocal harmonies here are incredible, the guitar work by both Steve and Billy is formidable and well intertwined. The base with Cris and White is impeccable. This is not really a pop and accessible album as at first one might think. The reality is that countless auditions are needed to understand the real "party" that happens in each song. Countless layers, textures, colors, counterpoints, harmonies, all in unique and modern arrangements until today (2023). I love this album. 5 stars.
