FLY FROM HERE

Mediocre album by a band trying hard to sound like Yes, but not quite managing to do so. Don't get me wrong, its a pleasant enough listen, but its mainly a re-hash of old material and isn't up to the standard that is expected from musicians with such a pedigree. In my opinion, Yes have failed to produce an album with no filler tracks since 1977! In the past, when asked, I'd ALWAYS cite Yes as my favourite band. Now that they've gone on to turn out more fillers than quality music, the balance has shifted and they've dropped down the league table. There's not much to talk about on this CD.
