What can I say about this album?Tool shows with heavy steps that is building an empire in music industry..Aenima it's dark to the point that can make you anxious.They show that they can easily play progressive music better than anyone on this earth.Danny Carey is one of the best drummers if he is not he best.This band is the tightest of all times.They play as one, they have an entire sound.It's not guitar, voice, bass, drums at its best..It's music at its best in the name of Tool.Just think, progressive metal/rock under its sickest atmosphere..If I had to choose the best songs, I'd say "Stinkfist", "Forty Six & 2", "Aenema".In this one also they kind of make fun of Adolf Hitler..There is a track cold "Deier Von Satan" or something like that in which you will listen to a man talking in german to a crowd that goes crazy.You will believe that he is promoting Nazism but the truth is that he is crying out a mexican recipe about cookies!!!!Inside the booklet you will find Bill Hicks that died the year of the release.He was a comedician that Tool liked.You will not find lyrics as well in it.There are funny advertisements by the name of Tool!Anyway this album is a authentic masterpiece and it's a must for any prog fan of all styles.
