JEAN MICHEL JARRE IN CONCERT: HOUSTON-LYON

One of the best introductions to Jarre's music is this live compilation of his most significant compositions of the "classical" period (1976-1990). Originally released in 1987 the only regret is that is too short to cover such a big event as the concert was. The same year was released "Cities in Concert" specially on CD and there were included (only) two more tracks: "Equinoxe 7" and "Wooloomooloo". The "Moon Machine" track that opened the TV broadcasted video of the concert in Lyon is not included in the recording, it's only available as the B side of the "Rendez-Vous part IV" maxi-single. "In Concert: Houston-Lyon" includes the first and best live recordings of "Rendez-Vous part II" and "Rendez-Vous part IV". Verly recommended if you like the special flavour of the progrock records in the 80s like ELO's "Time" or Hawkwind's "Out & Intake".
