3 stars Hmmm... Traffic is one of my preferred Prog bands. However, every time I listen to them I remain disappointed: the potential remains untapped and a sense of incompleteness comes over me. I do not stay disappointed ... I remain blown away by this fact. This "Welcome To The Canteen" is one of those albums that, for some reason, like me but disappoint me. Ok, the magic is too high. The music disappoint my mind. Guilty of "Reebop" and its percussions? ...Certainly! I can not, in fact, to digest "Reebop" percussions in "Gimme Some Lovin '" and in general in this live album I find them unnecessary. "Welcome To The Canteen" remain a good album, Ok, but in my perception with a big defect.

Because for the rest "Welcome To he Canteen" is aged very well, with great songs and great atmospheres. And a great performers, of course.
