FRAGILE

This album was the real breakthrough for yes. Not only did it arrived when new keyboardist Rick Wakeman was starting to get noticed as one of the best round, but it also includes Yes biggest success, Roundabout. The album is constructed around 4 long songs, ''Roundabout'', ''South Side of the Sky'', ''Long Distance Runaorund'' and ''Heart of the sunrise'', all Yes classics in their own right. Around those splendid songs are 5 other songs. The first three are not that good, but the two last are absolutely great. Great music made by great musicians, Fragile is the first prog masterpiece from Yes, even if it is not their absolute masterpiece. 4.9/5
