5 stars Their style is unique (which alone is bloody rarity these days). This can be fusion but not jazz rock - rather fusion of various musical styles- prog rock, classical, symphonic, art, with jazzy touches, with avantgardish touches. Musical directions are widely spread, but this coctail is of such superb quality that I can't get enough of it. I guess this is kind of conceptual album though only one track contains the lyrics, however music composed in such a way that you can easily imagine some theatrical show behind. Melodies are beautiful and disturbing from time to time. Musical structure is complex with many twists and turns. Musicianship is excellent. This is definitely best album of the year 2000.
