4 stars The group was going through some line-up changes that almost resulted in the end of KRAFTWERK but fortunately Florian and Ralf remained in the band. They lacked a drummer so they have to use a rhythm-machine. I'd rather hear real drums and percussion but the music sounds good in spite of this.

This album is a step forward from the raw experimental debut. The music is more focused and the sound is less harsh. First track "Kling Klang" is a minimalistic masterpiece. The album is worth having just for that piece alone. It has kind of an organic and ethnic feel that can be also noticed in "Strom" and "Wellenlange". Some other tracks are boring but they are short.

The long track deserves a 5 star rating but not all tracks are in the same class. Recommended for Krautrock fans!
