5 stars Now, the first thing that came to my mind when I saw Kraftwerk's radio-activity album has been "what the hell is it doing here!!!" and then I realized how much I love this one... Well, I still don't believe Kraftwerk's music fits into "krautrock" category, apart from the first two albums, but this one is one of them; right? anyway, after tangerine dream, no group surprises me... Yet, Kraftwerk is the other one of the two electronic music giants (which could be completed into a trilogy with Klaus Schulze) so it deserves a place in progarchives. But I believe its subgenre should have been space experimental... No need to add much to the prevous reviewers... Experimental, avant-garde, some minimalizm, and fully mind-blowing tracks! And I agree with progman, wish they could preserve the sound they caught with this one; anyway, isn't prog all about "progressing forward"??? They still have something to check out later on. And; if you have the chance ABSOLUTELY get the "Organization" album "Tone Float" (I got all of them in a Russia originated MP3 disc!) Check out the introductory writing to Kraftwerk... Experimental and krautrock lovers will not regret; still, I don't think this will pleaase conventional prog- lovers... Since most early Tangerine Dream albums are considered as masterpieces, I believe this one has no less gems than them; essential.
