PEPPER'S GHOST

Today I got 2 new "Ghost" CDs, the first one was Anthony Phillips Geese and the Ghost, the other one was the new Arena, Peppers Ghost. After listening to them two times each, I prefered the Phillips Ghost a lot. In my opion Peppers Ghost is the worst CD Arena ever did, it sounds if Nolan & Co lost their ideas or spended them all too much on their solo projects. It´s even hard to find some prog elements, it´s more like one of hundreds or so other rock albums with some prog elements. It´s very lightweighted, in some tunes (like Shattered room) even wannabe hard... Maybe, Arena had found a ghost, but he might have lost the pepper Arena needed so badly while recording this album.
