Passport's mix of accessible pop/jazz with distant element of fusion aged better in the 80's than in the heyday of fusion in the late 70's. Music here is well organized and usually has a melodic saxophone line. It also has a charming night vibe, though there are tracks with increased dynamics like "Radiation". The title track is a smooth reggae with a nice chord progression. "Piece for rock orchestra" has an ambitious title however it's beat is quite laid-back. Synthesizer is very 70's oriented and the drummer adds a few powerful fills. It's one of my favourite tracks here. The last two tracks are great smooth fusion numbers in a quiet mood.
