3 stars The album listened to was on vinyl and a brief listen on special recording cd re-release. The album art first of all is not in the spirit of progressive sound- It is as though they will turn me into the individual into the art cover for speaking out? The album is a meld of sound in which at the times fans thought of it as pushing the tide and envelop of sound. The rockfolk meld was unique at the time for the most as it was a different blend of sound of from folk into rock which allowed a seamless transcendant space of sound to be heard into. The album is transcendant not entirely progressive while truly outside individuals that never played into music cannot label the playing style since it is truly defined by the individuals playing the music. Progressive can mean many things in Art as the modern instrument or the electric guitar can be viewed as a progressive instrument while the acoustic for the most part is not regarded as progressive but a mainstay standard into sound. In continuing the whole rock genre can be viewed as a progression from previous genres while all music genres can be viewed as progression as then in this regard in rhythm and structure classical music can still be viewed as the most progressive sound known where only the recordings did not truly reflect the progressive nature fully to the playing in then time.

If the musicians had the focus in then time to label their music before recording as progressive music then it is progressive music but if they did not as many in then time did not but were considered variations and going with a flow of sound of their own as they wanted to provide a unique and different sound even experimental to the mainstream according to verbal communicative observances. If the group or any individual musician did not label their sound as progressive then one other criteria into fitting into progressive stands as far as concerned. And that is if the individual or group/act in music sound cannot be reproduced by any other individual which then is the litmus test of progressive sound meaning it can only become reproduced by the individual(s) that originally played the sound which then if even in not labeling the sound as progressive can be considered progressive as this is the only exception(s) as far as concerned into progressive music/sound.

The album in recording in my listening experiences to the playing style recorded professionally on the vinyl while the album is good to listen to as it provides a listening experience to the time period it is not essential to progressive music based on my criteria into progressive music/sound. The album offers a unique transcendant sound that only the group became known to play and record the songs they played and am glad it was recorded for the listener to experience. The group is not world encompassing for album sound in the avenue of understanding and can be viewed as limited towards the lineages of the UK and those that came from that area sharing common lineages which for them is transcendant listening but for the world it is not unless the world for some particular reason gets curious about this common lineage ancestry.

In observance for the UK all what are become to be labeled from then time in the 60's and 70's as progressive is an attempt to collectively by the country to categorize separately from the counterculture psychedelic movement in the USA. It makes sense to do this for their country but as far as any music is concerned from the UK or any area that has primary Christian religions in majority is the the learnt modern understanding of Christ. The modern learnt understanding of allowing emphasized yearly worship of Christ is to do in previous generations of expertise and occupation as to that in the future which means in all applied reason and sense that any individual that does not come from previous descendants of musicians from their ancestry is an effort but is non-essential.
