4 stars How well this album has aged!!

I remember listening to them in 2010 and how these Frenchmen, pioneers of that fruitful experimental alternative rock movement in Lyon, blew my mind.

It was a pleasant surprise to see them in PA adding to the list of RIO/Avant-prog bands.

The work of this band is meticulous but that does not mean it lacks high explosive doses. On the one hand, they make their geographical origin evident with the use of instruments, rhythms and long passages of folk experimentation typical of France, while on the other they attack the listener with powerful avant-rock riffs in the purest style of their countrymen Ni, Poil, Piniol, Ca, and several others that, in fact, owe much of their sound to cutting-edge bands like Dure-Mere.
