Live albums tend to showcase the side of the band at its more lively side with less studio perfection. For these gentleman, playing live takes their mantra to a higher level. This is superb rock music based on themes that interlock and weave into a substantial tapestry which people call progressive rock. It does progress well beyond the simple blues format of rock music and goes into celestial realms of pure emotion. They played an extremely long set with a crowd in Germany which showed their appreciation. When musicians of this caliber make music, it can't be overstated how marvelous it can be. This is 5 stars.
