THE DREAMING

My favorite Kate Bush album, along with THE DREAMING and HOUNDS OF LOVE. Highlights are "There Goes a Tenner", "Suspended in Gaffa", "The Dreaming", "Houdini", and "Get out of my House". There is some WILD stuff here- with all the Kate screams and moans included. Great time changes and always interesting and well-played musicianship with some great Celtic-feeling tunes and sounds. Some Kate Bush tires me and seems dated but not here. This may be Kate at her finest. I highly recommend this to any people looking to check out why Kate is thought of so highly in the prog community. About the only poor album she put out was THE RED SHOES. Anything else is lovely. 4 stars (so close to 5!!)
