Frank Us is a genius! Not for releasing inventive music, but more for finding renowned artists of this caliber, think... Marco Minnemann on drums, John Mitchell on vocals for a change, Finally George in his role, Jake Livgren from PROTO-KAW, Steven Rothery from MARILLION and Steve Morse on guitars, among others. Well, his album 'Aviation' was a total success mixing different genres to make a symphonic fusion, the following albums being a little more in the repetition and lacking for me of pep, just my opinion.

But this last opus has everything to reconnect with the quality stamped cottony prog, that is to say reminiscences of the fruity TOTO and especially of the symphonic ALAN PARSONS; great titles including two suites of more than 10 minutes and a stack of worked sounds, sound that looks to the 90s for this new prog rock, well orchestrated, well constructed. the pleasure of listening to music without headache with moments of nostalgia, others of reveries and finally others of introspection. The intros are particularly neat in the cinematic prog space, often spatial, aerial, with heavy breaks without becoming metallic, just what is needed. Reminiscences of PINK FLOYD also for the soft prog atmospheres, for the orchestral variations with a characteristic bass. In short, it is well composed, well recorded, not soporific; it is well composed so as not to fall into progressive clichés, it is a good surprise, so I will eye this group-man again especially if so many guests come to drop a few notes on it.
