3 stars 'Lazy Sod' and the imposing riff of the 70s to signify their return. DP makes DP, a critique of the world on fire, not on the smoke on the water of Montreux, just our world! A cannonball title produced by Bob Ezrin which allows to make the sound modern with its vintage note. 'Pictures of You' imbued with the sound of the Deep with the voice, the tone, the reminiscences; a clean sound which does not ask questions; the most this finale with the organ, with the progressive guitar which reminds us that they are still there despite the criticisms. 'Portable Door' shows without intro that the joy of creating is still alive; well nothing new but a piece goes in without concession with this feeling that the group has rejuvenated; the melodious voice, the melodic and fruity air, Simon's solo on good fat blues and Don's organ which gives itself to its heart's content; too much some will say, just what is needed if we are honest; a rich riff that gives you energy (word borrowed from one of my sons, timeless atmosphere).

'When a Blind Man Cries' and the following track come from the live in Milan in 2022; the slow that kills with Simon who showed that he was the right recruit, with this feeling more hard blues than hard rock. 'Uncommon Man' from 'Now What?' and its progressive piece with drum roll and trumpets intro; the track of more than 10 years a little pompous that lets Don speak once again with his progressive keyboards. (3.5) Originally on Prog censor.
