THE PERILS OF BEING TRAPPED INSIDE A HEAD

I certainly am one to eagerly await a new release by Austin based Nolan Potter, albeit, this release he is sans Nightmare Band. The album has enough complexity to keep me engaged but I can't help but feel as if the magic of the first two albums has worn off, or if, the change of personnel has caused that much of a change in the sound. I have only given the album two listens and I will certainly give it a third to see if it grows on me with time, as some albums do. I'll report back in due time.
