5 stars One Of The Most Underrated Fusion Albums Debut album of ex Weather Report member in 1976. This is very funky with some fiery playing even though it has some commercial moments with vocals. For me, this would be my favourite out of his three solo albums as it has some of the most beautiful engineering I've ever heard. The production on this is superb with the drums and percussion sounding really fat and Johnson's bass sounds superb. Out of all of it I would say the kick drum is the most amazing.

All the songs on here are great, including the vocal tracks with Flora Purim & Narada Michael Walden. My favourite would probably be either Ivoluntary Bliss or Unto Thine Own Self Be True. Stump is so funky with that groove.

Just a excellent album that should be up there more with Stanley Clarke & Jaco Pastorious.
