BELLS OF ACCRA

Awesome live single of a 2007 concert performance in Germany. This is a wonderful song that never fails to get me moving. I have not heard the album version (from BOOSTER, I think), but this version works just fine for me. I haven't heard a lot of Tangerine Dream but this has to one of my favorite pieces. I read a review of this somewhere on line awhile ago that said they thought it sounded "dated", but I can't see that here, at least on this live release. Cool rhythms, wonderful sound, very Mike Oldfield-ish (the better early Oldfield works). Highly recommended! Would get 5 stars except it leaves me wanting to hear more. 4 stars.
