3 stars 6/10 This album isn't a bad album, and it certainly wouldn't be a bad debut record for any band, but it's not a debut album, it's more of a reboot of the original in many ways. 'Pictures of a City' is VERY '21st Century Schizoid Man' and it follows the same loud-soft-loud song structure. There were a couple highlights of the album, 'Cat Food', though not deep or meaningful, it's a fun song, and the ever-haunting 'Devils Triangle' is a long instrumental piece, which would pave the way for many things to come, such as 'Larks' Tongues in Aspic' (the song). Overall, I'd say it's a decent effort, but not enough to capture the magic of the debut.
