4 stars Bruno Mansini is active in the field of new-age music. Fortunately, has also improved some incursions on progressive rock. He masters different kinds of percussive instruments; the acoustic guitar; synthesizers; piano and bass. He also sings very well, in english and in portuguese. As a composer, has an ability to gather, when highly inspired, several musical layers. On this work, all tracks dispose a very pompous and sophisticated combination of synths, drums and vocal arrangements. In the booklet, poor of informations, is written that he was commanding all the instruments and vocals on all the five tracks. That is almost exact, I suppose. For instance: on the second, there is a female vocalist, along with Mansini. And in other tracks there are as well at least two (different?) singers. All the tracks have vocals; four of them are sung in english. There are some subtil and pleasant differences between the tracks. The last one is closer to classical music than the others. Second includes more acoustic guitar. However, the album lacks a certain variety, repeating more or less the same formula. Because of that, I give it a 4.2 stars, on a 5-star scale.
