4 stars I'm surprised this artist hasn't gained more notoriety in the progressive community yet. He hasn't even had the honor of a single comment since 2015 ! His music is neo prog with strong symphonic rock bases. It is melodious, harmonious, not particularly virtuoso but of a completely coherent musical level, energetic, the sound being of a high amplitude which rarely falls, a little pompous too but when you like symphonic rock that cannot displease.

Bailey composes everything, plays everything (or almost, a guitarist intervenes very occasionally), sings everything (in a specific, recognizable and rather good voice).

I only discovered him in 2019. I have bought 3 digital CDs from him ("Like night and day", "A price to pay" and "Less than nothing"), because he does not seem to produce real CDs with digipack unfortunately. The only criticism that can be made to him, in my opinion, is that his different discs are not different. We don't ear notable changes. Perhaps he should sometimes further develop the peaceful passages with piano, which are still rare and ephemeral. But the mastery of his composition and his playing are reinforced. I will soon be ordering his latest digital CD.
