JUDGEMENT

I love Anathema. This is probably their favorite release of mine. Songs such as "Deep," "One Last Goodbye," "Judgement," and "2000 & Gone" are simply incredible. However, I stop short of awarding them 5 stars. I get the sense that on occasion some of their songs can drag on. Perhaps it is in the nature of their music that they should, but listening to Anathema for a long period can become wearisome. However, I cannot deny the greatness of this band. It is unfortunate there are not more people aware of this band. I would give this album about 4.25 stars rounded down to 4.
