I am really sorry for my rating, but....as a musician I can see certain qualities of this album: There's no wrong note, the sound is perfect, the songs are composed according to all the rules of pop songwriting, the hooks are catchy, the arrangements are polished....but as a listener I wasn't interesting in this album's music at all, sorry, sorry... The "artrock-fabfour" consists of great musicians, as everybody knows. But I miss some kind of thrill. I like John Wetton's singing a lot, but he sounds tired here. I know, this is not "Edge" , "Red" nor "Tarkus". But I'd better listen to REM or (if I should stay in prog-sea) Fish. Because their music contains much more emotions for me...
