INDIVIDUAL THOUGHT PATTERNS

A more slightly underrated Death album, and I say slightly because it's definitely a very respected record. With that said, the last four Death records are in my opinion very well deserved five star albums. That is mostly due to their significance to the Death Metal genre and because they're amazing records by themselves.

Individual Thought Patterns further explores the brilliant progressive death metal idea that Human first brought to the table. It features perfect musicality and technicality is off the charts. Each band member shines in a certain way or another, but mostly Chuck, who impregnates his high-pitched death metal vocals and melodic guitar solos.

It's five stars in my opinion. Probably the worst of their last four records but still a marvel of an album.
