Disclaimer: UK Cassette version, since this is the version that has the B-Sides.

So, i decided to look at those Calling All Stations B-Sides, to celebrate that, i'll update my original Calling All Stations review with all the B-Sides and unreleased tracks added, as well as a freshly new look on the album for all the years that have passed after my original review, i already did this with Tony Banks solo albums Strictly Inc. and Still. But first, before doing that to my CAS review, i'll review all the Singles released for it, most (if not all) of what i write here will be added to this new edition of my review.

1.- Congo (Edit) 6/10 A shorter version that omits most of the unnecessary intro but that it also omits the little solo near the end wich is really sad, i think that the song is strong as it is and that this short version is a welcome adition, but i still miss the solo.

2.- Papa He Said 2/10 Was this featured in Beavis and Butthead? That's the first impression i got from this, thanks to the funky sounding riff. There is a kind of structure in the entire album, where Mike puts some Riffs and then they're followed, this song, in my taste, has the less interesting riff, not only that but its the one that feels most undeveloped of all the CAS sessions.

3.- The Banjo Man 7/10 Whilst the previous song was a dissapointment, this one is much more interesting, not only are the riff and lyrics better, Tony also decided to cooperate and the song has a little of those magic chords going. I think that this one is just as good as anything that it is on the main album, whilst also being interesting that it could stand in its own, the best B-Side so far in this journey.

So, this is it, 3 songs on the Congo Single, this could've been an EP, and so are the next singles that i'll review. Overall this wasn't so bad, but thanks to one rotten song this gets 2 Stars.
