4 stars THE DOORS one of the precursors?? At least for the end title??

1. Break On Through (to the Other Side) one day my brother told me (yes his name is not Antoine but Dominique and you can't make that up!) listen to that... it was the beginning of a world that I did not know which opened before me; a nervous, electric, hard, provocative genre with an organ to change common tunes and experience yourself as someone different, yes it was like that at that time, tell me 2. Soul Kitchen 67 the advent of stereo, yes we could listen to a different sound coming from the two speakers, when we had the appropriate station, otherwise it's mono on all floors; in short, a consensual title with this rise to the chorus and the opportunity to think hard before the time, yes in proto-prog we had a bit of everything since we didn't yet know what prog would be, go solo. .. magnificent for its sickly simplicity 3. Crystal Ship and the Anglican, bucolic air, a little cinematic on the kitsch spy films of the 60s; a sound that can be found in a number of video games, where the programmers had grown up in the meantime; the solo, the piano, art rock before its time, proto enjoyment 4. Twentieth Century Fox for a wild boogie pop rock which is especially worth it for its velvety organ and its wild guitar solo, what else? Yes, the devil must have already been on the prowl at the time; note Jim who shouts a little louder 5. Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar) yes whiskey bar it is marked; well before I set my sights on certain spiritual substances, nah, spirituous I came across this country title, a western fairground rumba, a bit of pre-Greek harp, a bit of double bass, a bit of crazy instrumentation like no other , that alone makes you write that prog blood was flowing long before we realized it 6. Light My Fire and one of the planetary hits that stands out; length, rhythm, liveliness, well-crafted musical refrain, very cool chorus, and this organ again which plays notes 10 times slower than now... yes but when it's good, it's good, no need for escalation technique... here it's basic emotion, Ray with 1 then 2 then 3 or 4 fingers gives you a minimalist solo, standard value 56 years later... well, I wasn't even born; ah Robby who gets into it and suddenly you realize that there are no more voices, how does that work? program? yes finally prout, uh proto; well Jim comes back as if nothing had happened for the last minute and begins to sway his hips, to show his verve, his aura in the making, his final cry

7. Back Door Man yes you got up, change the LP, yes you collapsed in your sofa, that's good with this title which tries the bluesy side, that's it the guitar solo, maestro, we're sure rock research don't forget it 8. I Looked at You percussion and flashy guitar of the BEATLES to sing to the world that the yoke of parents is over; yes don't... forget the vote for women, the majority at 21, respect for parents, it wasn't all bad, in short; Anglican pop rock made in the US it had to be done 9. End of the Night which builds on the last title, yes just more evanescent ambient; Jim sings like a white man's gospel; the slide guitar sows the southern atmosphere with cotton fields in the distance, depressive rock before its time, which the BUCKLEY family will reprise later... the air 10. Take It as It Comes ... we agree prog or not it also means that everything could not be perfect, it was looking for, it was innovating, it was trying; but the organ thus played could give hope for a progressive derivation, an evolution of the standardized musical pattern 11. The End projects us 12 years later with the fabulous and moving, oh yes I have to moderate my words, one at a time, I have too much of a tendency to want to say everything in one go... a little psychoanalysis is necessary... no I'm not one of those precocious handlers, I just want to involve you, to remind you of your buried memories, so sometimes... it overflows, ah again a phallic connotation excuse me mom I won't .. write it anymore; good This is the end, the atmosphere, the boat, the humidity, the rise of the river, yes Marlon I see you; we are far from the music but not so much, the memories of this epic 12 minute song are there to make us think of the same memory at the same moment; yes the prog that was about to give birth, it was a bit like that; 6 minutes and Jim talks to us, 7 and a half and things get carried away, remodolo, 8 and a half that's it, it really starts, in an apocalyptic trance yes I had to place it; this is the end quite simply or how to dream in unison in front of a standard title of future prog!
