5 stars 1. The Glass Prison in 3 acts, the wet intro, the DT start, then wow, RATM, djent, METALLICA... only better! the prog metal intro par excellence, yes I weigh my words; 5 minutes of title before the resumption of the incandescent riff and the departure towards even heavier spaces; vocal space growl or almost, the progueux will still curse; The synth behind adds a little salt; 9mn and John floods with his bass, that's it, the explosive solo with Jordan, a zest of KING CRIMSON 'Discipline'; enjoyable repetitive finale, in short I'll go through it again, it went by too quickly 2. Blind Faith intro, ah enjoyable I just wrote it above...contemplative, slow tempo to amplify the sound of the instruments, the clarity of the pads, the keyboards, James goes there with his voice criticized by many fans not that big of a fan, for me DREAM THEATER is a package, I take everything in stride; like Jordan with a keyboard solo in two, three beats, immense this gentleman with the goatee; well John thinks to accompany him by offering a technical solo more dexterity than rapid; almost smooth finish on a Chevrolet which shifts into 3rd 3. Misunderstood Genesisian arpeggio... ah how beautiful, comes James who launches his words over an airy, calm symphonic orchestration; The rise is done in allegro with feelings, the crescendo is intended to be consensual, but no, it will explode, disappear, return, make us capsize; ok it goes on 4. The Great Debate with the predestined title, snarling bass, would John finally show up? the drums accompanies it, phonic reverberation; it goes up and we forget the time, the riff helping not to leave us on the platform; ah I nod my head, a good sign, but it's strong all the same; no room for vintage atmospheres that I will listen to in 10 years or more. Well, we're in the middle of a break where the solos are coming out everywhere and starting to make our ears intoxicated, that's also the strength of theater: making us dream with children's sound effects and amplified sounds, quite simply. 5. Disappear happens just as I write to you... whale cries... solemn acoustic which leers on a PINK FLOYD title, at the start; the ballad which poses, rests the ears, the title which feels good and which shows the musical power of the group even with quiet steps

CD 2 what there is another... Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence and its grandiloquent, orchestral, fabulous Overture; listen... yes the most beautiful intro since the invention of the classic, to the point that I find there besides the pompous rural aspect of the OLDIELD; well it's sung all the same, on a softer metal prog; the war adds a dose of nervous solo, The Test brings the keyboard for the heavy surge, it shoots from all sides; moment when you wonder how this is possible; the gentle finale tells you that 20 minutes was good; Goodnight arrives and does the whale trick again with children's stammering, marshmallowy air, yes they also know how to do it in this register; the piano arpeggio ah yes, the most cinematic piece, now we know what it means with these twirling cries; Solitary changes direction with the acoustic guitar and an alert folkloric air, the airy keyboard which shows the extent of Jordan in this field, a potential Emerson; an acoustic solo to dare to answer him, belies this piece; About a cover with a nervous riff, I look at my meter but we're approaching 40 minutes, it's starting to get loud all the same. Losing Time for the Grand Finale which closes the chapter of the most beautiful symphonic prog metal album of all time; the new millennium was off to a good start. Well if there were only one left... Yes, fabulous!
