5 stars Act 1 1. Scene One: Regression.. that's it, are you settled? did you insert the CD? go listen and go to sleep, acoustic and vocal that smells like Floyds, tick tock 2. Scene Two: Overture 1928 and this hint of the original Metropolis, ah something is going to happen; DREAM THEATER attack, melting keyboard and bewitching guitar, bass which guides the piece and the pads which move on their own; in short the Dantesque intro already, fortunately I was seated 3. Scene Two: Strange Deja Vu continues, Kashmiri riff, one of the best in prog-related hard rock.. James with his voice, yes it was before but hey that explains why the group was so good; the title radio edit to understand the power of sound on stage, on the airwaves, in a future world where rock will finally regain power, no more disordered rap which insults the ears, which attacks you needlessly for so long, invasive I say 4. Scene Three: Through My Words ... I talk, I write and the piano interlude/intro arpeggio on the suave voice of James arrives, she who announces 5. Scene Three: Fatal Tragedy without detour, finally a few more seconds before moving on to the typical grandiloquent baroque air, phrasing with rhythmic prog metal takeoff, solo, do you want some here; fight between John and Jordan in a farandole of whirling scales; great art for John who pushes the limits of diffusion of notes, leaving the great MALMSTEEEN far behind, that is to say; Jordan remains alone on his island, ah if DON AIREY could follow him, one of his masters at that. Good Mike equal to himself; final raw before launching 6. Scene Four: Beyond This Life on incandescent lava fusion metal, stirring riff; dark and honeyed verse, very punkish chorus yes I dare the word; well it's DREAM THEATER which will look at hard, at DEEP PURPLE, at never imagined musical violence; the break starts on FAITH NO MORE that is to say, calmed by the burning synth solo; moment when new, torn, shaped sounds are found to pleasantly stun the attentive ear; have a bit of trumpet sampled already here; the return of the verse is only an epiphenomenon in the face of the debauchery of energy experienced 7. Scene Five: Through Her Eyes closes this first act with Theresa the gospel voice par excellence, the woman who brings honor in music, a sound all her own; James sings a little before on a slow, whispered and marshmallowy tempo

Act 2 8. Scene Six: Home Wallian attack just for those who are still looking; a zest of oriental LED ZEPPELIN too, that's it for the start; well afterwards... this riff which still haunts our heads, this tribal outpouring mixed with the Far East, this heavy riff which returns, stronger than those of the metal groups, the slap in the face; James pulls his strings too much and it will play tricks on him, John tinkers with the ones on his guitar which are less dangerous; instrumental piece from 1001 nights which achieves musical quintessence, final with this bewitching cyber metal prog riff, a zest of folklore again 9. Scene Seven: The Dance of Eternity and metropolis, its evil scent returns, affecting the fan still on the reserve, it is an inconceivable supposition; well let's ask ourselves, it's a repeat, no, bluesy for a second then John Myung's machine gun starts hunting; moment of happiness where prog metal fusion is at its firmament, and let it not be said that it lacks creation with this bluffing saloon cabaret solo. The station wagon which 20 years later has not aged a bit 10. Scene Seven: One Last Time concludes the set in two parts, James sings loudly and well, I insist; suave choir behind, metronomic pad don't forget Mike! 11. Scene Eight: The Spirit Carries On with this title from PINK FLOYD, finally from DREAM THEATER, gripping piano and vocals then the finale with Theresa and the gospel choir for the dreamlike piece, regressive and majestic at the same time 12. Scene Nine: Finally Free settle down, you haven't heard anything yet, the final bouquet is there in front of you; symphonic, orchestral, no don't leave, sound of car starting, too bad; dark air, storm in the distance, and the predictable piece, a long serenade to rest; yes until the 4th minute since after the cinematic tumbles into this titanic fight, the guitar solo amplifying the atmosphere; the crescendo with sound bombs, histrionic pad hits of Mike coming to die on the closing door, sounds of footsteps in the darkness and this Z series text, the page falls back on one last iced whiskey... listen to this solemn trumpet and wake up, it's over... Raise the arm of the turntable.
