5 stars 1. A Crack in the Ice ah this intro... pon pon pon pon; this plane roll, this air which gives the mark of the group, the evolution, the fusion of musicians, big names, the organ which lets Paul sing; prog is back, finally you know the new after the neo; melodic, rock spirit, Genesisian soul with the cabin, no here it's the big bi; pom pom here we go again; the break with this broken noise, these choruses coming out of the Olympian cloud, the prog is definitely back; latency of the finale, we are in limbo; 2. Pins and Needles for the bucolic interlude, romantic or cruel ballad, it's up to you to listen with a guitar arpeggio 3. Double Vision arrives, its Arenaian sound with keyboard and drums, a perfect extension of the progressive sphere that we want to have, even if now it's starting to look dated; in short, a well-calibrated energetic metal prog 4. Elea for another interlude with choirs, a sound that reminds me of GENESIS yes and a solo on Rothery's MARILLION, sensitive, John and his moving guitar 5. The Hanging Tree acoustic guitar marshmallow, the sweetness you eat without hunger; Paul in hushed vocals, the abrupt rise with the Olympian break variation, it's very grandiloquent, empirical and contemplative in the genre; magnificent solo the one you want to plagiarize, imitate... on a broomstick; in short a sound like MARILLION from the 90s 6. A State of Grace follows, choppy, jerky, with a religious chorus to amplify the pompous side 7. Blood Red Room continues with the real interlude, keyboards and voices in the distance; yes sung interlude, prog space time title yes that's it; the riff of the first title returns and imprints the concept album

8. In the Blink of an Eye continues and tumbles, yes frenetic title with the keyboard intro which flows like a waterfall; without the cut titles, we start with a long and progressive piece; riff and choruses that make you rise for one of the most rhythmic tracks ever 9. (Don't Forget to) Breathe its haunting sound for this outro before its time, a title like forgotten parchment of an extinct world; a languorous sound, a gripping crescendo in the vein of a great musical fresco, all in less than 4 minutes; yes neo prog still exists 10. Serenity and the musical slap on a solo by John supported by Clive's layers, 11. Tears in the Rain layers transforming into piano keys to start this title in a solemn way; a nursery rhyme, a romantic-depressive ballad with Anglican charm; the trademark solo and the rising voice, and this title takes on another dimension, eyeing the choruses of SHADOW GALLERY, admirable. The finale à la Mylène, cinematic, for once we are talking about a French artist, 12. Enemy Without continues with tears in the distance and the languorous voice, intro or outro as a pompous tune begins, a convoluted neo-classical, a pleasure, one would think one has entered a stadium, in short the story continues and at this level you are either asleep or singing at the top of your lungs! The links with neo prog are at their maximum, I hear IQ there now; the finale on cottony keyboards and Paul who demonstrates that he had a beautiful voice; go for a bit of ultra bass to follow up with 13. Running from Damascus follows, always in the same tone, a chapter to pile up with the orchestration which becomes more and more loose, especially concerning Clive and John who follows him aggressively; the tom tom from the beginning returns here and drives home the concept idea; Paul has a very Fishian voice in terms of intonation, a real pleasure 14. The Visitor arrives, concluding this musical fresco; acoustic guitar; gentle evolution with this marshmallow guitar, preferably purple, a real candy; tune on the GENESIS 2nd version for a bucolic ballad; the solo on a MARILLON, hence my persistence in naming them son and grandson of the 1st and 2nd named... or the other way around; this solo from John, which shows the extent of his talent, which never ends, which comes and goes like a wave hitting the cliff and making it collapse, just perfect. Well it wouldn't be magnificent without this tune which returns, which completes the affair, in short masterpiece!
