EXPERIMENTS IN MASS APPEAL

Frost* at their BEST! The albums consists of 9 wonderful tracks that have nothing to do with everything heard before. First of all, the album's production has all the elements of what a perfect progressive production must have. Everything is clear and carefully put down. The album's compositions are full of beautiful orchestral parts, marvellous vocals (in fact Declan reaches his max), out-breathing keyboard sounds and solos, perfectly arranged guitars and electronic elements nicely choosed. The whole atmosphere is gorgeous. Actually, you find yourself well surprised, admiring the band's work, as you listen the album. From an intro, similar to Mars Volta sound, to a more bluesy and jazzy sound, to lyrical vocals, to pure progressive passages, to a masterpiece!!! Everything is perfect...

Frost*, in my opinion, is one of the best progressive bands of the 00's....Masters of the new progressive sound, owners of the real beautiful music. A group that will absolutely writes his own brillinat pages in the PROG history...

Highly, highly recommended!!! 5* stars!!!
