3 stars I owe this album for 14 years now and I always considered it a bit of an odd album. I will do the review for each track individual to explain as well as possible what they are about.

Believe: in the old days I was confused about the dissonant vocals in the first two minutes and because of them I thought they were actually an eclectic band. But these two minutes are the only in this vein and for the rest of the album is much more regular music. This is a bit of a dark and mystic track sounding really nice all the way. 3,5*.

Next track Rock Blossom goes on in the same style but gets more melodic later on. More varied too. One of the better tracks on the album. 3,75*.

Duck is a very original track, also melodic but more rocking than previous. Reminds me of English contemporaries Summer Indoors where sound is concerned. This one is better though. 3,75*.

Horror of Time Travel is slightly disappointing in the sense that there is no special feature about it. Just an average track in my opinion. 3*.

The short instrumental Spiral is an orchestral track for just one minute.

In the Trap of the Gods is a very vocal track with again no interesting special features except for the violin towards the end. 3*.

Vampire is another average song , this time grasping the attention thanks to a church organ though just for a few seconds. 3*.

Goodbye cruel World is slightly exceptional by the contribution of a children's choir. 3,25*.

Go on is the most quiet song of the album, sort of a ballad with some very nice guitar. 3,75*.

All in all a good album by Dilemma but not really exceptional. Don't expect anything like Rush or Porcupine Tree or one of the other famous heavy prog bands. The closest they get to soundwise is a bland between Ephrat and Summer Indoors but I'm afraid that's not a big help to many. Three stars seems to me the correct rating though quite strongly rounded down.
