5 stars It takes always a bit longer time till I get into any RUSH album. I mean now into the philosophy of the album because by music I am to be driven immediatelly. I see the RUSH history in two main periods. The first one is spacy and the second earthy. The first was the music of albums in the 70s, wherein i am still searching for my way. The second started sometimes around Permanent waves and Moving pictures in the turn of decades, and this is the period when I heard this music for the first time. In my opinion, Roll the bones is a bit reminiscent and is about this two periods. Because this is not only the hystory of RUSH. It is peculiar to humans. When we are young we try to fly high and higher, to space, to find some things which are precious and hidden, very mysterious. Then we find that the most precious one is here in the earth and in the heart. This is our journey, often dangerous. And i hear it in this album, yet it may not be there.
