5 stars To build off what Matti said, DARK, MINIMALISTIC AMBIENT. Yes, that's exactly what you are going to get here. The whole idea of this kind of music is to take out what is unnecessary and let the listener fill it in. What this has to do with rock I have no clue, but it's definitely progressive in nature. I find it interesting that both the two previous reviewers find this to be an unsatisfactory work because of all the ambient that I've heard, this album moves me the most. I will admit I'm not even an avid prog listener, since it especially is relevant to the point I'd like to make about this album probably being very poorly suited to prog fanatics. There are no instrumentals to marvel at, no visible structure at the surface, and not even what would be considered melody. It's all sounds, sounds that are meant to connect directly with the listener, and that they do. About the rating, it's one of my top 10 albums of all time and it's definitely progressive, so its obviously 5 star worthy in my eyes.
