MIRAGE

Talking about branding? This album had it from the day it was released, not to mention a bit of a messy lawsuit from the cigarette manufacturers. It is a very solid follow up to the first album and has something magical about it right from the start. Perhaps it is that perfect blend of keyboard and guitar, either way it is so well produced and spatially defined it is hard to actually strip out any individual track. It is a classic but I still think their best was yet to come.What I found most hilarious was that one of the previous critics above actually dismissed the album in the main because he was anti-smoking...thanks for the chuckle
