5 stars Cannot say enough good things about this DVD. Others had documented pretty much everything that needs to be said so I'll just make a list of the great things:

1. A complete, uninterrupted version of the "Whirlwind" masterpiece.

2. A moving version of We All Need Some LIght, complete with (semi)-improved guitar duo featuring Roine and Neal.

3. Neal Morse seamlessly taking over on drums for Portnoy during Duel With The Devil so Mike can go crowd-surfing all the way to the back of the theater...then Mike seamlessly retaking the kit.

4. Daniel Gildenlow bringing an infectious, boyish enthusiasm to the entire show while playing seemingly any instrument he feels like. Especially love how he joyously moves up front during the exhilarating climax to Is It Really Happening and looking like a heavy metal guitar hero.

5. A huge, awesome, all-encompassing setlist.

6. A group comprised of some of the most accomplished and skilled musicians in the world looking like they're having the time of their lives.

7. Bonus coverage of the group playing Return of the Giant Hogweed with Steve Hackett of Genesis-fame.

8. Outstanding, state-of-the-art video and audio.

9. A mammoth package of nearly five hours of video and three hours of music on CD.

10. Neal Morse's emergence as a top-flight "lead man" despite spending most of the show behind his keyboards.

This literally sets the bar for what a live DVD release can accomplish in my opinion. (Okay, my one complaint would be the inclusion of Bridge Across Forever, which is a prototypical, syrupy, heavily Christian-influenced ballad. Among my least favorits TA songs.
