5 stars This is a truly great release. The songs are all dynamic, well produced, different, and most importantly written excellently. I particularly love Thought Part II. I'd go so far as to call it a one of the finest examples of symphonic prog in short format. It's rare you become angry with a prog band for not developing a theme, but I almost feel that way with Thoughts Part II. Nonethless the opening and closing tracks (long format) are the best parts of the album. Especially the Great Nothing which closes. Aside from a personal favorite on an earlier album I think it's Spock's Beard best song. It captures the sort of elevated grandness in the finale that only the finest prog songs can achieve. I strongly recommend this album to anyone who enjoys lead keyboard prog.
