5 stars I belive this to be another Masquerade Overature. Pendragon have really done their homework on this thanks to Nick Barrett's writing. First listen does blow you away with all the twists and curves in the music from start to finish, but the more you listen to this brilliant album it's hard not to keep playing this over and over. This is a slightly heavier and darker album than the past, with slight touches of Camel style and Porcupine Tree melodies. Nick's guitar work is astonishing at times and very similar to Andy Latimer in feel across the melodies on this album. For all fans of Pendragon have no fears of the new album. It is heads and shoulders above Believe and Nick has truly taken the band that step forward in producing a brilliant cd.
