The first of the Rush's Masterpieces 2112 is a kick in the nuts, the very first time you hear it, it's like a punch in the stomach, the way the get in the main riff of 'Overture' and then 'The Temples of Syrinx' The whole album shows how good Rush are, as musicians, composer and writers. In the other side we have a great guitar solo in 'A passage to Bangkok' that beautiful song called 'Tears' and the heavy 'Something for nothing' I'm not good to express myself at writing reviews, but trust me, if you like classic pprog rock or hard rock this one is for you. You don't find albums like this every day
