SECOND MOVEMENT "Movements" second album from this German band on the contrary that I have said about the first album "Blind Man's Mirror" , indicates in clear way strong influences of 2 others German bands of opposites styles , the ELOY'S space prog and the BIRTHCONTROL most really progressive moments in 2 albuns: "Plastic People" and "Backdoor Possibilities" and in a few moments they also use the heavy-prog vein of this second mentioned band. . The first track "Don't Shoot The Animals" besides be similar in musical passages and rhythm, presents vocal's timbre in the mood of Bernd Noske ( lead vocalist of BIRTHCONTROL).The second track "Musician's Dream" is a ELOY track and a type of "prelude" for the third track "Musician's Fight"another Eloy inspiration... where the detach moment is an "dialogue" between bass and electric guitar ( a passage which starts about 2 min 33 sec until 3 min 13 sec ). Track 4 "No Sir" is a BIRTHCONTROL inspiration , mixing the progressive style of "Platic People" and the heavy face of BIRTHCONTROL. The track 5 "Movements" have a little bit of both bands and the final passage remember some latin music influences. The track 6 "Birds Destiny" is again a ELOY track with a vigorous rhythm section. Finally closing the album "It's You" and his repetitive beat and pulsating bass guitar, another BIRTHCONTROL reminiscence and in my opinion the most weak track of whole album. In spite the fact of at this time the band lets clear strong influences, unlike of the first album, I liked more this one. However I also give only 3 stars !!!
