TALES FROM THE LUSH ATTIC

Excellent beginning for this band approaching now 40 years of existence. To their credit, please remember it's the 80's and prog music was effectively in an all-time low, yet they resisted producing it as only few bands dared to at the time.

On this, as on future albums, they excel particularly in the long duration pieces, so look for the "epic" compositions cause they contain the most juice, with the symphonic sections evolving pleasurably one after another. As young musicians they sound very mature and competent; the production would later be enhanced with a remix in 2013 expanded with extras, the edition of choice.
