2 stars The last of a trio of albums by this incarnation after Bob decided to give the band CPR after explorations into dance music and electronics with Brian Eno. The prog fan will find various elements of the Fripp mind on this one. It might take some time to absorb but do not be discouraged by the first listen. The work moves through various musical concepts from the rythmical Sleepless to the abstract Nuuages which keeps the listener in constant anticipation with it`s wierd time signatures and tempo. After the ensueing tour for this album ( where this reviewer saw the last two concerts in the Spectrum in Montreal which resulted in the CD Absent Lovers ) Fripp decided that King Crimson was once again a dead horse until 1994 when some music came along that only King Crimson could play. Perhaps not for every prog fan, but give it a try. One of this reviewers favoured KC albums
